Training equipment is practical by nature, so our review focuses on condition, completeness, and whether the product can be safely received back.

Eligible condition

Items should return in a complete, unused state.

To help us process your request smoothly, please make sure the product has not been used in a workout, installed, worn down, marked, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Include original packaging, manuals, chargers, bands, handles, attachments, and any included accessories.
  • Provide your order number, email address used at checkout, and clear photos when requested.
  • Wait for return instructions before shipping your product back to Fitlume.

Use protective packaging to prevent movement in transit, especially for compact training tools, smart scales, trackers, and recovery accessories.

Inspection and refund

Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the funds.

Important exclusions

Some items may not qualify once used.

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity, Fitlume may be unable to accept returns on items that show training wear, sweat marks, body contact residue, missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of assembly and use.

Personal-use gear Wearables, recovery tools, and contact-based accessories must be clean and unused.
Missing components Returns may be delayed or declined if chargers, bands, screws, handles, or manuals are missing.
Final sale items Items marked final sale or clearance may not be eligible unless damaged or incorrect.
Delivery damage Report visible damage promptly with photos of the item and packaging.

Email Fitlume with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for your request. Please wait for our reply before sending any product back.

Contact us with photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible issue. We will review the details and help with a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs may not be refundable unless the return is caused by an incorrect, defective, or damaged item confirmed by Fitlume.

Exchanges depend on item condition and availability. If the requested replacement is not available, an approved refund may be issued to the original payment method.

Fitlume orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. If your refund request relates to an order already in transit, contact us so we can review the best next step.
